Answer: If you discover any issues such as damage, non-functioning parts, or other defects during the face-to-face delivery, please inform our representative immediately. We will address the issue on the spot, which may include offering a refund or arranging for a replacement. 5. Can I return the watch or request a refund after the face-to-face handover is completed? Answer: No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after you have inspected, accepted the watch, and completed the face-to-face handover.
